I loved my stay personally because I have a big phobia about travel because of the comfort level, so I was slightly concerned before we arrived and my husband was stressed because he didn't know if I was going to like it or have a good time. Then we arrived one hour early and the manager Teena (sorry if spelling is wrong) checked us in and we were aloud to go straight to our room. When I walked in that place my mind was blown away, I fell in love with the place. I wasn't expecting the accomodations to be so nice. My room was very clean, my husband looked at the corners and behind the doors, no spider webs and no dust. The bathroom was spotless. I was so relieved and the front desked called us to make sure our room was to our satisfaction. I know that might sound funny but the cleaness does matter. I can't say enough good things about housekeeping. And everyone I encountered was very nice. The front desk staff was nice and helpful, very pleasant. And I want to say a special thanks to Mary, Teena and the lady that takes care of the breakfast area, she was very kind to us. I have stayed at this resort 5 times, three times for golf and twice for bike week and I always feel welcomed. I appreciate the security provided to protect our motorcycles during bike week. We were greeted by Flo most of the mornings we were there. She was very pleasant and most of all not pushy and demanding. She greeted us with a "good morning" and asked if she would help us with anything then politely asked for our meal tickets Glen Hawes/ Marfreesboro , TN
